Introduces the new hire to Company Culture Orientation, Accountability Metrics/KPIs (we can help you determine these numbers), and Weekly Meetings, ensuring they understand the dealership’s values, performance expectations, and ongoing support structure

Enrolls the new hire into Internal OEM or Dealership Systems, along with CRM Training, and sets Usage Expectations, and Vehicle/Product Training, ultimately equipping the new hire with the tools and knowledge needed to operate effectively.

Provides access to Company Marketing Material, Promotional Items/Flyers, Business Cards, and Company Branded Apparel, ensuring the new hire has the necessary materials to represent the dealership professionally.

No. We will guide your New Hire through the online training and meeting with them once a week to review and discuss the learned material. The manager will meet with us periodically to stay up to date.

They will have access to their trainer any time they need support for 6 months, beginning the first day of training. If your dealership has a Masters or Dynasty membership through our Fleet Management Solutions Training, your whole team has this access for the duration of your dealership's membership.

We’re committed to providing prompt and effective training and solutions to ensure your success.

The New Hire Training is set to be in 7 modules and is self-led. The commercial/fleet recruit will walk through their training at their own speed. There are quizzes at the end of each module and can book a one-on-one any time they want or need. There are 6 months of support in total. The recruit will need to pass a 20-question exam to become certified in Fleet Management Solutions.
