Vehicle vs Vehicle Fleet TCO
Compare what each vehicle really costs to own and run, side by side.
How to use it in a deal
Start with the customer’s real numbers: miles per year, how long they keep vehicles, and what they pay for fuel. Compare at least two options, then copy the email and send it while the conversation is still fresh.
Questions to ask before you run it
- “How many miles does this vehicle put on in a year?”
- “How long do you usually keep a vehicle before replacing it?”
- “What are you spending on fuel and maintenance today?”
- “What happens to your business when this vehicle is in the shop?”
Why this matters
Fleet buyers don’t buy payments. They buy uptime, fuel savings and a vehicle that’s worth something at the end. When you show the total cost, you stop competing on price and start competing on value.
